- How do I get a price?
- Easiest way is to text us a photo of the item and tell us what floor it's on. We'll respond with a price usually within minutes.
- Can you take a hot tub or piano?
- Yes. Both are heavy specialty items we handle regularly. Give us a call rather than texting for those — we may need to assess before quoting.
- Do you take broken appliances?
- Yes. Working or not, we take it. Broken appliances are handled responsibly — refrigerants are removed properly, electronics are recycled.
- What if my item is on the second floor or in a tight space?
- Not a problem. We carry items out of wherever they are — up stairs, through narrow hallways, out tight doorways. It's what we do.
